Ultrasonic cleaner is a non-polluting, non-damaging, multi-purpose cleaning equipment.
It not only has a powerful cleaning effect on objects with complex shapes, but also accelerates dissolution and emulsification. Ultrasonic cleaner has the unparalleled advantages of other physical cleaning or chemical cleaning, and is widely used in service industry,electronics industry, pharmaceutical industry, laboratory, machinery industry,cemented carbide industry,chemical industry and other fields.

* Simple working modules, convenient and quick operation;
* 6L and above models are equipped with drain ball valves;
* Equipped with a dedicated stainless steel mesh basket and sound-dampening cover, durable, with internal copper connectors;
* The cleaning tank is stamped and seamless; both the inner liner and outer shell are made of high-quality stainless steel;
* The cleaning basket is argon-welded with a stainless steel mesh screen, improving cleaning efficiency;
* Independently developed core circuit, the oscillation circuit is an IGBT module-controlled externally excited circuit, with 15% higher output power than self-excited circuits, a wider output voltage range of ±10%, and less prone to damage;
* The instrument's operating program is programmed using a single-chip microcomputer, allowing for easy correction, and includes a power-off parameter memory function.

Degassing and Variable Wave Function

Degassing Function:
The machine operates in a cyclic start-stop mode to remove air from the solution and prevent oxidation of items.

Operating Modes:
Full wave operation for 6 seconds, stop for 3 seconds; half wave operation for 6 seconds, stop for 3 seconds, alternating in a cycle.

Variable Wave Function:
Operates at half power to meet different cleaning needs.
