Installation Instructions

Instructions for using a multi-unit digital display magnetic (hot plate) stirrer:
1. Connect the power cord to a 200VAC power source and turn on the main switch.

2. Press the heating on/off button to enter the heating state. The PV and SV windows will display digitally. Press the SET button. The SV window can be adjusted using the "<," "∨," and "∧" buttons. Press the SET button again to exit the temperature setting state. The SV window temperature setting is complete.

3. Press the stirring on/off button to enter the stirring state. The r/min window will display digitally. Press the SET button again. The SV window can be adjusted using the "<," "∨," and "∧" buttons. Press the SET button again to exit the speed setting state. The speed setting is complete.

4. In normal measurement control mode, press and hold the "<" button for 8 seconds to enter the auto-tuning state. The AT light will flash during auto-tuning. To stop auto-tuning during the process, press and hold the "<" button for another 8 seconds.
5. If the mixer experiences a jump, turn off the mixer and then slowly restart it.

6. If stirring a large volume or the solution is thick, adjust the knob upward to increase the stirring force.

7. There is a rubber plug at the lower rear of the mixer to protect the external thermocouple socket from corrosion and rust and to provide internal wiring. Removing it disconnects the internal probe and stops heating. If using an external thermocouple, remove this plug and store it. Insert the external thermocouple plug into the socket and tighten the nut. Then, place the stainless steel probe in the solution for temperature control and heating.

8. This appliance has a burnout protection function. If the thermocouple is not connected properly, the display window will display "hhhh" and the green light will go out, and the appliance will stop heating. Check the connection before use.
