This test and control system is a high-performance, integrated measurement and control instrument designed specifically for electronic universal testing machines. It can perform tests such as tension, compression, flexure, shear, tear, and peel tests. The software calculates and displays in real time parameters such as maximum force, maximum deformation, tensile strength, elongation at break, total elongation at maximum force, elongation at yield point, elongation after break, upper and lower yield strengths, elastic modulus, yield point force, elongation at break, elongation at yield point, tensile strength at break, tensile stress at yield point, stress at constant tensile strength, and elongation at constant force (based on user-specified constant force levels). The constant tensile strength and constant force levels can be entered into the software's corresponding locations on the specimen parameter screen according to customer requirements. Other parameters that can be calculated include compressive strength, upper and lower compressive yield strengths, compressive elastic modulus, flexural strength, flexural elastic modulus, average flexural force, average peel force, peel strength, maximum peel force, minimum peel force, tear strength, average shear force, shear strength, and shear modulus, among other mechanical and physical properties.
Functions
a) Automatic Zeroing: The measurement system automatically resets to zero upon receiving the test start command.
b) Automatic Return: After automatically identifying a test fracture, the movable crosshead automatically returns to its initial position at high speed.
c) Automatic Storage: Test data and experimental conditions are automatically saved, eliminating data loss due to power outages and forgotten saves.
d) Automatic Speed Shift: During the test, the crosshead speed can be automatically changed according to a pre-set program or manually.
e) Automatic Calibration: The system automatically calibrates the displayed value.
f) Test Process: The test process, measurement, display, and analysis are all performed by the microcomputer.
g) Display Mode: Data and curves are dynamically displayed as the test progresses.
h) Result Replay: Test results can be stored and retrieved at will, allowing for reanalysis of data curves.
i) Curve Traversal: After the test is completed, the mouse can be used to find the curve. Output the force and deformation data of each point of the test curve, which is convenient and practical for obtaining test data of various materials;
j) Result comparison: Multiple test characteristic curves can be superimposed, reproduced, and amplified in different colors to present the analysis and comparison of a group of specimens;
k) Curve selection: Stress-strain, force-time, strength-time and other curves can be selected for display and printing as needed;
l) Batch testing: After setting the test parameters once, a batch of specimens can be tested in sequence;
